Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• All prepaid orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed next working day.
• Timelines may vary during sales or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, subject to serviceable PIN codes of our logistics partners.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days
• Remote areas may take longer
• Timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, calamities, government restrictions, or incorrect address

4. Shipping Charges

• Charges (if any) are shown at checkout
• Free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned
• Shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch

5. Packaging & Safety

• Products are hygienically sealed and quality checked
• Secure packaging ensures freshness and tamper prevention
• Please inspect packages at delivery

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email once shipped. Delivery responsibility transfers to courier partner after dispatch.

7. Damaged / Incorrect / Expired / Defective Products

• Must be reported within 24 hours
• Email clear photos and order details to care@yuvrus.com
• Products must be unused and in original packaging

After verification, we may offer replacement, store credit, or refund (7–10 business days). Refunds go to original payment method.

8. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

• Incorrect address
• Customer refusal
• Repeated unavailability
• No courier response

• Shipping charges may be deducted
• Refunds issued after courier deductions
• Re-shipping requires extra payment

9. No General Returns

Due to hygiene and perishability, returns are not accepted except cases in Section 7.
