Refund & Replacement Policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of food and children’s consumable products, returns are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we will offer a replacement or refund in specific cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Expired product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Product tampered during transit

To be eligible:

• Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear images/videos of the product and packaging must be shared
• Order number must be provided

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible.

3. Verification & Resolution

• Our team will verify the issue within 48 hours
• If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days from approval.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind
• Taste preference issues
• Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective)
• Incorrect storage after delivery
• Minor packaging dents without product damage

5. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy – Important

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer refusal
• Customer unavailable after multiple attempts

• Shipping charges may be deducted
• Re-shipping charges will apply
• Refunds issued after deducting logistics costs

6. Refund Mode

• Refunds go to original payment method only
• No cash refunds

Timeline: 7–10 business days after approval.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
